है व सभी निर्दिष्ट पात्रता मानदंडो जैसे कट-ऑफ तारीख, उम्र, शैक्षिक योग्यता, जाति आदि को पूरा करता है|
ऑनलाइन आवेदन में उम्मीदवार द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के आधार पर ही उम्मीदवार को आगे की चयन प्रक्रिया के लिए शार्ट-लिस्ट किया जाएगा।
चयन प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में यदि यह पाया जाता है कि उम्मीदवार के पास अपेक्षित जानकारी / दस्तावेज़ नही है जो उस ने ऑनलाइन आवेदन मे दिखाया है,
